- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and guests.
- Show empathy and compassion towards patients seeking assistance.
- Educate customers on product benefits and potential side effects.
- Facilitate patient purchases in compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Assist management with inventory and returns as needed.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years (or 18 in specific states).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for potential delivery responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, you will be required to:
- Move throughout the facility and interact with customers.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility is essential, as this position may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability. The role typically involves up to 25 hours of work per week, with potential for additional hours based on business needs.
