Job Description

The Program Director will be responsible for the general administration, curriculum planning, recruitment, and teaching and supervision of the IM Residency Program. This includes establishing the strategic direction of the Program, ensuring high standards, quality, and reputation, and promoting integration with physician practices and hospital clinical services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have three to five years of Internal Medicine post-residency clinical experience, core faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program, and a minimum of 3 years of GME teaching/administrative experience as Program Director or Associate Program Director. Additionally, qualified candidates should possess excellent communication skills, active involvement in research and scholarship, and mentorship experience of residents and students.

Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate for this role, including estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $310,000.00 on an annualized basis.
