As a Counselor - Level 3, you will work with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork, documenting patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.

You will also complete patient psychosocial and individualized treatment plans within the required time frame, identifying any clinical/case management needs and working to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Experience in substance abuse counseling or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
