Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire Team Members: Motivate and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Conduct Assessments and Develop Care Plans: Visit pediatric clients and their families to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
- Supervise and Mentor Nursing Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and Training: Welcome new team members and provide comprehensive training and orientation to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a strong background in pediatric care.

- Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff.
