**Key Responsibilities**

- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.

- Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses, students, and other staff members to promote a culture of excellence and professionalism.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in New York State.

- Prior experience in acute care settings, preferably in a teaching hospital environment.

- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
