Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team at Global Technical Talent. As a key member of our diagnostic services team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality phlebotomy services and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and safely draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring quality and integrity.
  • Build trust and confidence with patients by providing clear explanations and a friendly demeanor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide superior customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
