About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our occupational health team, you will provide exceptional primary clinical care to our clients and their employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior clinical care and customer service to our clients and employees
  • Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence-Based Medicine standards
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Support client's wellness and preventative programs
  • Document and manage information using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
Requirements
  • Valid unrestricted Massachusetts licensure
  • Current DEA & BLS certifications
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
  • Positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with patients, clients, and colleagues
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
  • Occupational health experience
