Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at Qwalifize LLC. This is an intermediate professional level role that involves working independently or as part of a project team, occasionally leading projects. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, applications development, database design and administration, as well as experience with information security.

About the Role:

In this role, you will develop and manage security for multiple IT functional areas across the enterprise. You will assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, prepare status reports on security matters, and track and monitor software viruses. You will also enforce security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviewing security violation reports, and investigating possible security exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Prepare status reports on security matters
  • Track and monitor software viruses
  • Enforce security policies and procedures
  • Provide direct support to the business and IT staff for security related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of combined IT and security work experience
  • Extensive knowledge in networking, databases, systems and/or Web operations

Qwalifize LLC is an E-Verify employer and requires valid identification and reliable transportation for all employees. We offer a competitive salary of $93,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
