Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the procurement of construction services, generate Requests for Information (RFIs), and manage industry-standard documentation.
  • Administer contracts, process modifications, and maintain comprehensive project records.
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and provide constructive feedback to improve project efficiency.
  • Maintain logs for project management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager in budget oversight, project tracking, and due diligence assessments.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and various project management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Compensation

This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience (up to $100,000), travel reimbursement, and 401k benefits.
