We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced VP of Product Management to lead our go-to-market platforms and drive business growth. As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining our product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and for ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development: Develop a compelling vision for Demandbase's GTM applications and create a roadmap to achieve our business objectives.
  2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to define and bring to market groundbreaking products that set industry standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and nurture a team of exceptional product managers, fostering their growth and empowering them to deliver excellence.
  4. Process Optimization: Implement and refine exceptional processes to uphold the highest quality standards across product management teams.
  5. Evangelism: Champion Demandbase products externally through effective engagement with analysts and strategic partners, and internally to our field and engineering organizations.
  6. Customer-Centric Discovery: Invest significant time in customer engagement, conducting thorough discovery sessions to gain deep insights into their evolving needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. 15+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of leading products for B2B marketers.
  2. 7+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to an executive audience and translate business objectives to a technical audience.
  4. Proven track record of solving ambiguous and complex data problems at scale, with strong quantitative modeling skills inclusive of machine learning.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000, plus benefits such as options for up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums, flexible PTO policy, and 11 paid holidays and 2 additional weeks off.
