Job Overview

The IT Technician role at Family Express Corporation is a dynamic position that requires exceptional technical skills and attention to detail. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support for company-wide hardware and software systems.
  • Technical support for store and device peripherals, networks, point of sale devices, and telecommunications.
  • Responsible for the safety, maintenance, and security of IT assets and resources.
  • Stage computers and other hardware devices for company needs.
  • Install and maintain security camera systems at all Family Express locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Ability to travel daily between required Family Express locations or other non-Family Express locations when necessary.
  • Situational awareness.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to ensure issues are resolved the 'first time'.
