We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Villages at Southern Hills in Tulsa, OK.

Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and implementing care plans in accordance with facility clinical systems and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring the highest quality services in a customer-service-friendly environment.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Receive, transcribe, and implement physician's orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
  • Supervise and direct subordinate staff, ensuring they meet the needs of residents and adhere to facility standards.
  • Participate in duty assignments, organizing and coordinating tasks and time allotments for subordinates.
  • Evaluate staff performance, providing training and discipline as needed.
  • Monitor infection control compliance and investigate accidents/incidents.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Previous skilled nursing experience.
  • Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
