Responsibilities include managing a high volume of calls, addressing complaints and service requests, and documenting interactions in the relevant computer systems. Demonstrating patience and empathy is crucial in this role.
Working Conditions: Our facility operates 24/7, and representatives must be prepared to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key physical activities and environmental conditions include:
- Extended periods of sitting while using a headset and monitoring dual computer screens.
- Typing and coordinating eye/hand movements to efficiently manage calls.
- Communicating clearly and calmly to gather information and provide instructions to callers, often under pressure.
- Listening attentively to ensure accurate understanding of inquiries.
- Making timely and responsible decisions in critical situations.
Contract Type: 12 Month Contract
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts.
