Nuclear Safety Program Lead: We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Safety Program Lead to join our team at United Global Technologies. As a Nuclear Safety Program Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe operation of our facilities and programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement criticality safety documentation for various facilities at the Savannah River Site. You will also be responsible for conducting Criticality Safety Program assessments and maintaining program manuals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring their expertise to our team and help us achieve our goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Required qualifications include a minimum of 20 years of recent experience in the nuclear/criticality safety industry, with a strong background in the use and implementation of 10 CFR 830, DOE O 420.1C, and related directives and standards. You must also demonstrate personal accountability for facility/project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work; and proficiency in performing Criticality Safety Program assessments.

A bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required. Previous experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining SRS criticality safety documents is preferred. Proficiency in the use of a criticality safety code (MCNP or SCALE) is also desirable. Onsite experience is preferred, but local candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
