Travel Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in South Carolina. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including SPECT and PET scans
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them correctly
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring accurate and safe use
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• One to three years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of nuclear medicine equipment and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments

• Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)
