About the Job

This exciting opportunity allows you to work as a travel Physical Therapist in a HOME HEALTH setting, providing exceptional care to patients in need. As a Mobile Health Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, set realistic goals, and track patient progress
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, DC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
