We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing our fleet of equipment.

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills. As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee all shop repairs and field repairs, ensuring that our equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

You will work closely with our maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, using various electronic diagnostic equipment and tools. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in the automotive/truck maintenance field, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols. You should also possess ASE certifications and be proficient in using various diagnostic equipment.

In addition, you will need to be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a two-year technical or vocational degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
