Position Overview
Are you enthusiastic about the entertainment sector? We are on the lookout for a Venue Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our energetic team.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing the daily operations at our location, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and functioning effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to the service team on daily tasks, customer service, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Forecast and manage labor costs on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Supervise POS systems to guarantee accuracy and mitigate cash discrepancies.
- Ensure staff adhere to professional appearance standards by following dress code policies.
- Promote and enhance the usage of all entertainment equipment by maintaining cleanliness and proper upkeep routines.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety risks and implement corrective measures.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Operations Management or a related field (experience in the entertainment sector is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with outstanding management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and mechanically inclined.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with a professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
