Job Summary:
Oversee, guide, and coordinate the activities of staff, materials, and equipment. Accountable for ensuring that the cleaning and maintenance of designated properties are executed in accordance with contractual obligations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all porters and matrons

2. Delegate tasks to employees based on job specifications or special projects

3. Conduct quality assurance checks to meet Harvard and client standards

4. Train both new and existing personnel on effective cleaning practices

5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and the use of appropriate equipment

6. Procure and distribute supplies and equipment

7. Review work orders

8. Oversee general maintenance of equipment

9. Manage overall cleaning operations

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• High School Diploma

• At least 3 years of experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred

• Valid state driver's license

• Proficient in English communication

• Ability to compose basic business documents

Harvard offers a competitive salary structure along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, as well as a 401K Savings Plan.
