Job SummaryThe Assistant Landscape Enhancement Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the success of enhancement projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Promote a safe work environment, minimizing workplace incidents.
- Develop accurate project estimates for clients and collaborate with Account Managers on proposals.
- Manage the workflow of approved projects, scheduling tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Maintain detailed records in Bluefolder, documenting all enhancement projects.
- Track project costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate project schedules and expectations to Field Managers.
- Adhere to labor budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Procure approved materials for projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor project installations and address warranty issues promptly.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Account Managers to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Supervise a team of up to eight crew members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting schedule/rotation maps.
- Train crew leads and team members on new equipment and procedures.
- Valid driver's license required.
- 3+ years of experience as an Enhancement Manager or 2 years as an Account Manager.
- Proven experience managing enhancement accounts.
- Industry experience in related fields is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
