Job Summary

The Assistant Landscape Enhancement Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the success of enhancement projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote a safe work environment, minimizing workplace incidents.
  • Develop accurate project estimates for clients and collaborate with Account Managers on proposals.
  • Manage the workflow of approved projects, scheduling tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records in Bluefolder, documenting all enhancement projects.
  • Track project costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate project schedules and expectations to Field Managers.
  • Adhere to labor budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Procure approved materials for projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor project installations and address warranty issues promptly.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and Account Managers to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Supervise a team of up to eight crew members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting schedule/rotation maps.
  • Train crew leads and team members on new equipment and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Enhancement Manager or 2 years as an Account Manager.
  • Proven experience managing enhancement accounts.
  • Industry experience in related fields is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
