  • Create a relaxed destination by genuinely greeting guests with a friendly smile and selecting merchandise based on their needs and desires.
  • Set the course by learning, referencing, and sharing current product knowledge to provide prompt recommendations and professional service.
  • Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction and informing guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
  • Onboard your crew by actively participating in store-related meetings and working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals.

Essentials for Life in Paradise:
  • You have 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
  • You have a 'get things done' mindset.
  • You're a natural collaborator who can identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • You have a High School diploma or GED.
  • You're willing to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling is required – frequently.
  • Climbing ladders – occasionally.
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
  • You're able to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
