Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused review process to educate them about insurance options.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with our customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Use a Customer-Focused Review Process: Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
- Develop Leads and Market Products: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
- Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals by marketing products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in Insurance Sales: 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Able to Work in a Team Environment: Willingness to work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses. We also offer paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential within our agency.
