Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our school system's dynamic team.


**ProCare Therapy** values the importance of providing comprehensive speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in empowering students to improve their communication skills and enhance their overall academic performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide direct therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support.

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes an estimated $40-$60 per hour, based on experience, with optional medical benefits, 401k, and other employee perks.


Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various communication disorders and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
