About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Aide to join our team at Careline Health Group. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients and their families during their most intimate moments of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Document patient care and observations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
  • Must hold current certification as a nurse aide and be in good standing on the state nurse aide registry
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
  • Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation
