We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive high-quality care, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Staff Development: Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Current RN license and a degree in nursing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in long-term care, with a focus on leadership and patient care.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
