Noblis MSD is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Manager to support the US Navy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sound knowledge of all aspects of U.S. Navy Integrated Logistics Support as it relates to surface ships and submarine Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems.

The Logistics Team Manager will ensure the consistent application of company project management policies, processes, and standards. This includes management of day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects, risk management, and ensuring project documents and deliverables are accurate, complete, and current.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a Logistics field and 5+ years of professional experience working in an engineering or technical field. Prior experience managing staff or overseeing a team is also required. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of all aspects of U.S. Navy Integrated Logistics Support
  • Ensure the consistent application of company project management policies, processes, and standards
