Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in applying coatings to concrete surfaces.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $40,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our eco-friendly coating technology and ensure the successful execution of installation tasks.
  • Accurately apply base coats, flakes, and topcoats during the installation process.
  • Maintain a high level of detail while working on-site to ensure superior results.
  • Prepare floor surfaces adequately before applying coatings to guarantee optimal adhesion.
  • Promptly communicate any challenges encountered during the installation to management for swift resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service throughout the installation.
  • Uphold our professional standards and safety protocols at all times.
  • Document work accurately, including notes and before/after images for each project.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A competitive nature and a strong desire to excel in a results-oriented environment are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with floor coatings, particularly epoxy or paint, is mandatory.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods is necessary for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
  • Candidates must be capable of meeting all physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficiency in providing and receiving feedback effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are vital for success in this position.
