We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Assistant Professor to join our team in the School of Nursing at DePaul University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching prelicensure nursing students, developing and implementing curriculum, and contributing to the growth and development of the nursing program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach didactic and clinical courses to prelicensure nursing students
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of the nursing program
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the nursing program through research, service, and leadership
  • Advise and mentor students in their academic and professional development
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in nursing or related field required
  • A Master's degree in a nursing field is required if the doctorate is not in nursing
  • Equivalent of three or more years of clinical experience as an RN required
  • Experience in teaching prelicensure students preferred
  • Proven scholarship and publication preferred
