Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the creation, assessment, execution, and reporting of financial forecasts and analyses.
2. Identify opportunities for enhancing the organization’s financial forecasting and planning systems.
3. Improve internal reporting mechanisms to aid management in decision-making focused on enhancing financial performance.
4. Provide analytical support to departmental leaders, identifying integration opportunities to streamline operations and financial reporting.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for various components of the financial planning process.
6. Assist departmental leaders in crafting forecasts that emphasize resource management, including human resources, capital investments, and operational costs.
7. Analyze strategic and operational scenarios to assess their potential impacts on financial standing and key performance indicators.
8. Aid in the preparation of financial presentations for departmental reviews and leadership discussions.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or accounting.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, capable of working independently.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in analyzing complex financial and operational challenges.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities for large-scale initiatives.
- Proficient in financial analysis tools and systems, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
- Committed to continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization.
