- Conduct investigations into accidents or incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze safety, service, productivity, and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous railway experience as a conductor or engineer is essential.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong knowledge of railway operations, safety protocols, and company policies.
