Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team at HCA Houston Healthcare, a 500-bed acute care facility in Webster, TX. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with various conditions, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and serve as the nutrition expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation facility and those with other conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives for the department
  • Educate patients, family members, and facility staff on nutrition and diet modifications
  • Work closely with the Clinical Nutrition Manager and assist with projects and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
