Make an Impact in Patient Care
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care Center team. This role involves caring for patients with chronic wounds that have not healed effectively over time. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will perform initial assessments, manage patient records, and provide discharge instructions and care plans. Additionally, you will take on responsibilities in case management to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory, with graduation from an accredited nursing program recognized by the National League for Nursing (NLN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Indiana is essential.
- Experience in Med/Surg nursing is preferred.
- Expertise in Wound/Ostomy care is required.
- Certification in Wound Care or Ostomy is preferred.
