Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance and repairs to ensure the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure the upkeep of our vacation resort facilities.
  • Respond to service requests and perform repairs as directed by management.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Perform basic to advanced repairs on deficiencies found in the interior of guest rooms, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Adhere to company safety programs and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
