Financial Director

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and leading the development of our annual budget and monthly forecast.

• Manage all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly production and tooling financial reports, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure financial and quality KPIs are on target.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast development process.
• Participate in tax compliance and reporting.
• Establish burden rates for various departments or processes.
• Review and analyze accounts receivable, payable, and payroll accounts.
• Capture and track delinquent purchase orders.
• Review accounts receivable and payable agings and work towards balance reduction.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
