Lead Dentist

Aspen Dental Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team, assuming excellent quality of care for all patients, and adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
* Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
* Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
* Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
* Mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals
* Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
* Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community

Requirements:

* Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
