Job Summary
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to support school districts near West Chicago, Illinois. As a BCBA, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to assess and develop effective behavior intervention plans that enhance the learning and development of students with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify students' behavioral needs and the factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services to students, teachers, and families.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers to integrate behavior intervention strategies into students' educational programs.
- Train and support school staff and families in the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensure as a BCBA.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, opportunities for professional development and continuing education, and a supportive and collaborative work environment with access to resources and mentorship.
