About the RoleYou will work one-on-one with children, providing intensive behavioral therapy sessions to address specific needs and goals. Our Behavior Therapists work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of ABA principles and practices. Experience working with children with autism is highly preferred. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team and families.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. We offer comprehensive training and certification programs to support your growth and success in this field.
