- Ensure Associate Safety: Safeguard employees, equipment, and personal protective equipment, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Develop and Improve Training Programs: Continuously enhance technical knowledge of processes and equipment, and improve training programs for all departments.
- Conduct Regulatory Training: Ensure all employees receive comprehensive training on safety procedures, processes, and job performance.
- Education: College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent with experience-equivalent required.
- Lean Manufacturing Training: Formal training and/or experience strongly preferred.
- Language: Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required.
- Special Training: Completion of Trainer course, machine operation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
