About the Opportunity

Cleveland Clinic's Department of OB/GYN is seeking a skilled and experienced Perinatal Safety Specialist to join our team as a Hospitalist/Laborist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our maternity hospitals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee perinatal safety and manage the obstetric unit
  • Participate in labor management, obstetric triage, and support maternal fetal medicine services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Board eligibility/certification in OB/GYN or related field
  • Experience in a leadership or management position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ($400,000 - $600,000 annually) and an extensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Our physicians enjoy a great work-life balance, with an average of 7 twenty-four hour shifts per month.
