Perinatal Care Specialist

Cleveland Clinic Foundation, a nationally recognized academic program in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology, is seeking a skilled Perinatal Care Specialist to serve as an OB/GYN Hospitalist at our maternity hospitals in Cleveland's Western and Eastern suburbs. This critical role is part of our group practice model, overseeing perinatal safety at the birthing center with responsibility for both quality and safety.
The successful candidate will function as the team lead for the provider group within labor and delivery, managing the obstetric unit, participating in labor management, obstetric triage, and supporting maternal fetal medicine services. They will also provide consultation to midwifery and Family Medicine services, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality patient care.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 annually, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, with an excellent work-life balance and average 7 twenty-four hour shifts per month.
As a Perinatal Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to supervise OB/GYN Hospitalist Fellows, OB/GYN residents, and medical students, while balancing clinical and academic responsibilities.
