Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Director to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring that all restaurants meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant leaders to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, and employee engagement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize profitability
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and partners
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly (up to 50% of the time)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
