We are seeking a skilled Grind/Inspection Specialist to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our foundry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous foundry experience is highly recommended, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required, with a focus on quality assurance and inspection techniques.
  • Previous grinding and quality experience is recommended, with a strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Must adhere to all safety and PPE standards at all times, with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Must be able to stand in one spot for the entire shift, with a high level of comfort and endurance.
  • Must be able to learn and identify what makes a part good or bad, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Must be able to hit parts quota over time, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Must be able to work at least two Saturdays a month, with a strong commitment to meeting business needs.
