Assembler - Production Team Member

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our Richmond manufacturing facility team. As a key member of our Supply Unit 3 group, you will be responsible for assembling products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work from Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
- Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop the department in accordance with the Alfa Laval Production System, participating in team performance and improvement meetings.
- Comply with all safety policies, wear all required PPE, and report any safety concerns or injuries immediately.
- Observe all company policies.
- Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.
- Maintain work records and productivity standards.
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris by utilizing 5S processes.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1-2 years of previous production experience.
- Basic Personal Computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Fork truck/crane operations is a plus, but not required.
