About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Planner to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement land use plans and policies that balance economic, social, and environmental considerations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address land use challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform land use planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, developers, and government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in land use regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Land Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in land use planning, with a focus on large-scale master planning and land use planning.
  • AICP Certification is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, InDesign, and other relevant software.
