The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Maritime Safety Office (SFH) in providing global maritime geospatial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing internal and external taskers, preparing weekly reports, and reviewing submissions from Source groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Perform tracking and management of internal and external taskers, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly tasker tracking reports for Source Leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Review taskers submissions from Source groups, ensuring they meet quality and content standards.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop and prepare staff packages for Source leadership, adhering to tasker guidelines.
  • Data Management: Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with NGA/Source guidance and policy.
Requirements
  • Clearance: Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance is required.
  • Citizenship: US Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, along with experience in building complex formulas and inter-relating data metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively work with individuals at all levels.
  • Geospatial-Intelligence Experience: Demonstrated experience with Geospatial-Intelligence sources and methods, and systems/tools is necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe PDF software and Microsoft Teams is desired.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently or with little supervision is crucial.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
