Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a dedicated, full-time, board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a background in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology, or Family Medicine. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced colleagues in Geriatric Medicine while participating in a comprehensive care model designed for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care in both in-home and outpatient environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is essential.
- Engage in an interdisciplinary approach, working alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Enjoy flexibility in practice within a supportive geriatric medicine group, enhancing your learning experience.
- Compensation ranges from $125,481 to $162,327 annually, with potential for additional incentives based on productivity and quality of service.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
