Job Overview

At Sunbelt Staffing, we are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time, contract position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing patients, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical exams, medication reconciliation, and social determinants of health evaluation.
  • Develop and communicate problem lists and recommended treatment plans for each patient.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD10 coding.
  • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active NP license in the state of Washington, free of any disciplinary actions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active ANCC or AANP national certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care.
  • Reliable transportation for assessments in nursing homes, assisted living, and home settings.
  • DEA certification.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Open to discussing flexible work hours for candidates seeking a minimum of 20 hours per week up to full-time (40 hours/week).
