As a Primary Care Clinic Medic, you'll play a vital role in our mission to revolutionize healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Micro Clinic Operator: Greet patients, work as the hands of the physician during appointments, and perform in-clinic tests and procedures.
- Physical Exams: Use connected devices to perform physical exams with a virtual physician, including cardiac and lung exams, ear exams, and more.
- In-Clinic Procedures: Perform blood draws, process urine samples, administer injections, and conduct ear flushes, among other procedures.
- Charting and Documentation: Accurately record exams, procedures, and lab orders.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues with devices or audio/video equipment.
- Clinic Operations: Open and close the clinic daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
Requirements
- Paramedic Licensure: Current state licensure and NREMT certification (preferred).
- Independence and Technology Comfort: Ability to work independently and be comfortable with technology, with training provided.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, or step-down I/P units (beneficial but not required).
- Excellent People Skills: Strong ability to interact with patients, colleagues, and physicians in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Soft Skills: Independent thinker, problem solver, passion for revolutionizing healthcare, hands-on, and can-do personality.
