As a Residential Cleaning Specialist at Ace of Maids, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes using eco-friendly products.
Responsibilities- Independent Work: Manage the cleaning of one or two residences daily, dedicating approximately 2-3 hours per location.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a colleague to clean two to three homes each day, with an average cleaning time of 1-2 hours per house.
Your schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose how much or how little you wish to work.
Requirements- Dependable with reliable transportation.
- Clean background check.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Before each shift, you will need to collect cleaning supplies and return any used items to our designated location.
Cleaning DutiesYour primary tasks will include:
- Standard cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Dusting and window cleaning.
- Floor washing and ensuring all surfaces, including trim and walls, are spotless.
Please note that dishwashing and laundry services are not part of the job, although making beds for select clients may be required.
Job TypesFull-time and Part-time positions available.
CompensationStarting at $20.00 per hour.
Work ScheduleTypical shifts are 8 hours long, with day shifts available from Monday to Friday.
Additional CompensationTips may be provided as supplemental pay.
