The Divisional Director, ORS is a senior leadership position responsible for the management and direction of the clinical department at LESC. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all clinical and administrative functions of the MTP Departments.
- Conduct oneself as a professional role-model and promote a positive work environment.
- Enhance staff morale and create an atmosphere that supports professional development.
- Identify with and support LESC as a whole, and maintain collegial relationships with other agency programs and departments.
- Guide diagnostic processes, clinical analyses, and treatment plan development.
- Monitor casework record keeping and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Write staff evaluations, recommend promotions, raises, terminations, and other personnel actions.
- Ensure the quality of therapeutic care rendered in the departments and promote a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to patient rehabilitation and staff morale.
- Develop programs to manage crises, violence, or other acting-out behaviors.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and conduct ongoing evaluation of department functions.
- Implement policies of regulatory agencies and integrate plans and activities with other departments.
- Chair staff meetings and implement the integration of TB Prevention program plans and activities with CTRPN/Primary Care and other departments.
- Assist staff in developing their professional abilities through group and case conferences.
- Conduct ongoing training programs for staff and perform other duties as requested or assigned.
- Must have excellent clinical, administrative, organizational, technological, written, and oral communication skills.
- LCSW with success in leading a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience required.
$109,000 - $113,000 per year, dependent on experience.
